Refund policy

This page explains when we refund a ShaadiMode plan, and when we don’t. It works alongside our Terms.

ShaadiMode is operated by Clazro Technology Private Limited (CIN U62099RJ2026PTC110284), registered at House No. 140, Teli Mohalla, Deoli, Tonk, Rajasthan 304804, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Clazro Technology Private Limited, and every refund promise below is made by that company.

What you’re buying

A one-time licence for one wedding — Free, Plus (₹2,999), Signature (₹6,999) or Concierge (₹14,999) — not a subscription. You pay once for that wedding and prices exclude GST. See Pricing for what each plan includes.

Full refund window

If you paid for a plan, you get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of payment, and only if none of the following has happened yet for that wedding:

• an invitation link has been shared with any guest
• a WhatsApp message has gone out from our business number for that wedding
• a coordinator has started work on it (Concierge)

Once any of those has happened, the work the plan pays for has started, so the window closes even if it’s still inside 7 days.

After the window

On the software plans (Plus, Signature), once the window above has closed we don’t refund — the wedding-specific setup is already done. On Concierge, if a coordinator has only partly done the work we agreed, we’ll refund the unperformed part on a pro-rata basis, at our discretion.

If we don’t deliver

If we sell something and then can’t give it to you, you get a full refund of that plan, no argument. That covers things like: the template look you were promised isn’t what you got, WhatsApp sending is blocked on our side by Meta, or an outage takes down a function of ShaadiMode for an extended stretch.

How to ask

Email hello@shaadimode.com or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the wedding name or link, the date you paid, and why you’re asking. We reply within 3 working days and, once a refund is approved, you get the money back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Cancelling a wedding

You can ask us to delete your wedding and everything in it at any time — see Terms. Deleting a wedding on its own doesn’t trigger a refund outside the window above.

Payment disputes

This policy sits alongside, not instead of, your payment provider’s own dispute or chargeback process — we’ll respond to a dispute raised there the same way we would to a direct request here.
